We offer 30 and 60 minute sessions. A 30 minute session gives you plenty of time to capture a gallery with variety, and it is easier to work around in your schedule. 60 minutes is available if you have a group of 8+ or want more time.

We recommend coordinating colors rather than matching exactly. Earth tones, soft pastels, and muted jewel tones photograph beautifully outdoors. Avoid large logos, neon colors, and busy patterns.

We shoot rain, snow, or shine. Light overcast skies and light rain actually create beautiful, even lighting, so don't worry if it's not perfectly sunny! However, if there's a major storm or lightning, we'll cancel for everyone's safety and be in touch for rescheduling.

Yes, things come up. Cancel more than 72 hours before your session and you'll receive a full refund within 5 business days. Within 72 hours, a $50 cancellation fee applies. You can cancel through our Reschedule page, just look up your booking and you'll see the option.

Free on-site lot right at the main entrance at 980 Briarcliff Rd NE. Usually plenty of space; Callanwolde stays pleasantly uncrowded.

Can we photograph inside the estate buildings?

Sessions take place on the exterior grounds: the sunken garden, reflecting pond, fountain, and Tudor archways. Interior access isn't included in the session.

Are the grounds stroller-friendly?
